Tony Vinson, Chief Executive Officer/ Principal

Specializing in design-build, industrial and commercial construction from interior build-out to ground-up construction projects, Tony has been involved in the construction industry for more than 28 years. He has a strong background in hazardous materials, microelectronics, chemicals & plastics, food & beverage and interior projects through both general contracting and design-build delivery methods. Tony has provided on-site job supervision as well as comprehensive project and program management.

In addition, Mr. Vinson is the author of Plumbing & Fire Protection User Database Plant Design System (PDS), which is on file with both Fluor Corporation and Intergraph Libraries. His "proposal", Potential Business Opportunity Involving Maintenance Contracts, presented to Fluor’s Facility & Plant Service Business Unit, was recommended for implementation into the company’s business practices. As well as publications, Mr. Vinson has lectured on Plant Design System Plumbing & Fire Protection User Database for Intergraph Graphics User Group, New Orleans, Louisiana to members from around the world.

Jim Gwisdala, Chief Operating Officer/ Principal

Jim began working with P3 in May of 2011 as a business consultant and in December 2011 joined P3 as their General Manager.  With over 15 years of Management and IT Consulting experience in the financial, healthcare and insurance industries, Jim’s focus on business process management placed an importance on vision, allowed the company to respond quickly to changes in markets, introduced more efficient communication channels and brought about an extensive use of Information Systems.  Jim has been a key resource to our team, having created and developed our innovative project management software, JAG PM. This unique and intuitive system is the backbone of our success.

As our Chief Operating Office, Jim is responsible for managing all hands-on operational aspects of the company. He is a trusted partner to Tony Vinson, CEO, in the aggressive and successful growth of the company. Through his leadership, management and vision he ensures that P3 Builds has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively grow the organization in order to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency.

A graduate of Texas State University, Jim graduated with a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Computer Information Systems. Originally a Michigan native, Jim is a notorious outdoors-man and adventurist.

Stefan Palazzo, Service Division Manager

After successful careers in both the financial services industry and residential real estate, Stefan Palazzo first joined P3 Builds as a Project Manager in 2012. Through his passionate "commitment to service," Stefan rose quickly to the position of Service Division Manager. Stefan is dedicated to building long term client and sub-contractor partnerships. He oversees and develops our team of trained Project Managers and ensures quality of customer service through the development of new methods, techniques, and systems. Stefan plays a key role in expanding P3’s service base and creating new market opportunities throughout the country.

A graduate of Oral Roberts University with a degree in Business Administration, Stefan also attended Jacksonville Theological Seminary and has taken an active role in both his church community.

Charlotte Rainwater, Accounting Manager

Charlotte joined the P3 Builds team as accountant in 2015. Having over 30 years of accounting experience in a variety of industries including legal, municipal government, food manufacturing, landscaping and small business, Charlotte brings a high level of integrity and expertise to the accounting department.

Accounting plays a vital role in building P3’s brand of performance, pricing and punctuality. Charlotte works closely with both the capital and service divisions of P3 to support goal attainment and company growth. Charlotte is both big picture and detail oriented while maintaining a strong emphasis on accuracy and efficiency. Overseeing all financial transactions at P3, Charlotte is a key resource in cash management and cash flow planning.

A Dallas native, Charlotte earned her degree at University of Texas at Dallas. Spending time with family is her idea of a perfect day.

Diane Voirin, Operations and Management Director

Diane joined P3 Builds in July 2017 as Operations & Maintenance Director. Diane brings experience in Facilities and Information Technology Management, having served as Director of Information Systems for some small corporations and in various facilities management roles for large corporations.

A self-proclaimed process geek, Diane complements the P3 core leadership vision with streamlined next steps for our existing clientbase to maintain their assets and reduce repairs. She is able to build on the successes of P3’s construction and repair history by adding asset management strategies and maintenance programs, and to expand our CMMS capabilities related to client assets.

Diane studied business at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and was certified as MCP and MCSE+I during her IT career. During the 1990s she started a Toastmasters Club and held the office of Charter President. She has also authored various papers, a children’s story, and wrote a bylined weekly history column for a rural newspaper. She enjoys the creative process and believes in continual improvement and growth.
