As we evolve to meet our clients’ current and future needs, P3 now offers a proactive, full-service approach to managing assets. Our Operations & Maintenance department will walk you through the following:
- Determining Appropriate Asset Management Strategy
- Inventorying Your Assets
- Determining Lifecycle of Assets
- Maintenance/Replacement Strategies
P3 Builds will then enter your assets into our proprietary CMMS, JAG PM, and create proactive “PMs” to auto-generate based on recommended frequency for each asset, ensuring the recommended maintenance tasks are performed and documented. Upon completion, P3 provides our clients with an electronic copy of the tasks completed, signed and dated by the technician, and noting any corrective actions recommended. Upon client approval, corrective actions will be entered as ‘child’ work orders off the ‘PM’ work order and will be repaired with completion information provided to client.
